After having two babies of my own and becoming more and more amazed by birth, I became a DONA trained doula in early 2023. I am a birth and postpartum doula, as well as a childbirth educator. I hope to guide mothers and families through pregnancy and labor with the mental, physical and emotional support they deserve. Each pregnancy and birth is vastly different, and I hope I can offer knowledge and resources to achieve the labor and delivery you desire.
Birth Doula Package
$1,250 *can also file with Tricare
Initial Video or In Person 60 minutes meeting
2 Prenatal Visits
Customized Birth Plan and birth graphic
On call 24/7, beginning 2 weeks before due date
Ongoing Labor Support
1 Hour Postpartum Support in hospital
Backup doula if necessary
Breastfeeding Support
1 at home Postpartum Visit within two weeks of delivery
Text/Phone support starting as soon the contract is signed, up to 6 weeks postpartum
Postpartum Doula Services
a la carte- $35/hour; 4 hour daytime minimum, 8 hour overnight minimum
nurture mom (ensure self care, listen, educate, emotional support)
newborn care (feeding, bathing, soothing, diapering, tummy time)
breastfeeding support
light meal prep/house work
sibling care
swaddling and baby wearing techniques
nursery organization
overnight support (during the hours of 8pm-5am)
Silver Package- $650
20 hours of postpartum support to be used over 1-2 weeks.
Gold Package- $1325
40 hours of postpartum support to be used over 2-3 weeks.
Platinum Package- $2000
60 hours of postpartum support to be used over 3-4 weeks.
